Chris Andrew Mellon

Chris plays the parts of Peter and Phil in Activated Image's production of Patience by Jason Sherman.

Chris graduated from New York University having studied at Circle in the Square, Playwrights Horizons and David Mamet’s Practical Aesthetics Workshop. Since then, he has split his performing career between the US, UK and Germany. In London, Chris has most recently been seen in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang (London Palladium) My Fair Lady (Theatre Royal, Drury Lane), La Cava (Piccadilly Theatre) and as a member of The Reduced Shakespeare Company in The Complete Works of William Shakespeare and The Complete History of America (Criterion Theatre and UK tour).

Appearances in New York include Gifts of the Magi, Danton’s Death, Hamlet and the highly successful Off-Broadway revival of Rothschilds. Chris has also been seen playing Frank’n’furter in the Vienna cast of The Rocky Horror Show. He appeared as Ned Weeks in the critically acclaimed UK premiere of The Destiny of Me by Larry Kramer, and in the world premiere of Wolf Game by Sarah Diamond.

Chris is also heard regularly on the Travel Channel.
