Rachel Rose Reid's new cabaret performance examines the universal themes of growing up and staying young through a dazzling blend of song, story and humour. Mixing cabaret classics of the last century with more modern material which will surprise and delight, Rachel's brand new show is certain to strike a chord with anyone who's ever felt they know too much - and wished they knew a little more.
With roots in storytelling and modern folk music, Rachel has delighted audiences in New York, Amsterdam, Edinburgh and London with her unique performance style and beautiful voice. She has supported Barb Jungr and Des de Moor, and has worked as performer and writer with the Soho Theatre and the Royal Court Studio. "Rachel Rose Reid is glorious" Fringe Report.
Rachel's startling singing voice is complemented by a uniquely theatrical structure making this a show which bridges the gap between concert and drama. We hope to go on to present the show in a variety of venues, from bars to clubs to theatres. Wherever it plays, we're sure audiences will be transported and delighted.
